Is Pebble customer service answering phone calls?

Has anyone noticed that for the last couple weeks the customer service number is never answered? I'm beginning to wonder if they just see my number and refuse to pick up, as I bug them all the time. I got a phone call from someone who said they were in the service department and to call them back to schedule a time for them to come out. However, every time I call it just rings once and the call cuts off completely. Calls to support are, predictably, not answered and voicemails are not returned.
