The short version
Pebble Community (pebblecommunity.com, “the site”, “we”, “us”) is an independent, owner-run community and information resource for the Pebble Flow electric travel trailer. It is run by volunteers who own or are interested in the trailer.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Pebble Mobility, Inc. “Pebble” and “Pebble Flow” are trademarks of Pebble Mobility, Inc. and are used here only to describe the product this community is about. Nothing on this site is an official statement from Pebble Mobility unless it says so.
These terms are a contract between you and Pebble Community. When you create an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not create an account. You can still read the site.
Community guidelines, moderation notices, and other rules we post on the site are part of these terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you must be at least 16. If you are under the legal age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
You may not use the site if we have previously suspended or removed your account, or if the law where you live prohibits it.
Accounts are provided through Clerk, our sign-in provider. You are responsible for everything done with your account. Keep your sign-in method secure and tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.
One person, one account. Do not create an account to get around a suspension, to vote more than once, or to pretend to be someone else. Your username and display name must not impersonate another person, Pebble Mobility, or its staff.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. See Your content for what happens to your posts.
Almost everything on the site is public. Anyone on the internet, including search engines and link previews, can read public posts, comments, votes, and profiles without an account. Assume anything you post will be seen by people who are not members, including Pebble Mobility.
You may read and link to the site freely. You may quote reasonable excerpts with a link back. You may not copy the site or large parts of it, or scrape it with automated tools, without our written permission. Search-engine and link-preview crawlers are fine.
“Your content” means anything you post: questions, answers, tips, issue reports, feature requests, mods, product write-ups, comments, photos, and profile details. You keep whatever ownership rights you have in it.
By posting, you give Pebble Community a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, store, display, reproduce, adapt for display, excerpt, and distribute your content as part of running the site. This includes things like search results, link-preview cards, email digests and notifications, edit history, and backups. We do not sell your content or license it to third parties for training AI models.
You are responsible for your content. Only post what you have the right to post: your own words and photos, or material you have permission to share. Do not post other people’s private information.
Deleting content. You can delete your posts and comments. A deleted item is replaced with a “[deleted]” placeholder so that replies and discussion under it still make sense.
Deleting your account. When you delete your account, we remove your profile: username, display name, avatar, bio, photos, links, and owner details. Your posts and comments stay on the site, shown with no author, the same way unclaimed imported content is shown. If you want specific posts gone, delete them before you delete the account. Quotes and replies written by other people stay. We keep private backups and edit history for a limited time. Anything already copied by search engines or other people is outside our control.
Feedback. If you send us ideas about the site itself, we may use them without any obligation to you.
Some content on the site was imported from public channels of the Pebble owner Discord, with the original poster’s Discord name shown as the author. We did this to keep useful knowledge findable after it scrolls out of chat.
If any of that content is yours, you can claim it by signing in with the same Discord account, or ask us to remove all of it. Removal is permanent for the whole set of your imported messages, and we keep a record so it is not re-imported later. Use the link in the invitation you received, or contact us.
Owner is a self-declared badge. We do not verify it. It tells other members that you say you own or have ordered a Pebble Flow. Do not claim it falsely.
Moderators and admins are community volunteers chosen by the site’s admins. They do not speak for Pebble Mobility.
Pebble Staff marks an account that community admins have verified belongs to a Pebble Mobility employee taking part in the community. Staff members speak for themselves unless they clearly state that they are making an official statement on behalf of the company. The badge cannot be self-assigned. Impersonating Pebble staff is grounds for immediate removal.
Do not use the site to:
The Products and Mods sections are for documenting what you bought or built, not for selling. This is not a marketplace. Sales between members happen off-site and at your own risk.
Community moderators and admins may hide, remove, or lock content, edit titles or tags for clarity, move posts between sections, and warn, suspend, or ban accounts. We do this to keep the site useful and safe. We do not have to explain every decision, but every moderation action is recorded and you can ask us to review one by email.
We are not obligated to monitor content in advance, and we are not responsible for what members post. If you see something that breaks these rules, report it.
Everything on this site is written by other owners and members, based on their own experience. It is not professional, engineering, electrical, legal, or financial advice, and it is not advice from Pebble Mobility.
Modifications, repairs, and accessories can damage the trailer, cause injury, void your warranty, or break the law where you live. Only you can decide what to do with your own vehicle. Check the owner’s manual and your warranty terms, and use a qualified technician when in doubt. If you follow something you read here, you do so at your own risk.
Members link to outside sites, stores, and products. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they sell, their prices, or their policies. A product page here is a reference written by an owner, not a recommendation from us.
As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. When a member links to a product on Amazon, we add our referral tag. If you buy through that link, Amazon pays us a small commission. It costs you nothing extra and does not change what members write. Full explanation: affiliate links.
If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, email hello@pebblecommunity.com with: a link to the content, a description of the work you say is infringed, your contact details, a statement made in good faith that the use is not authorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the owner or authorized to act for them, and your signature. We will remove or disable access to content that we determine infringes, and we may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
We collect what we need to run the site: your sign-in details through Clerk, the content and profile information you choose to post, and the email address you signed up with for account and notification email. Your email address is never shown publicly. Your username, display name, profile, posts, comments, and votes are public. We do not sell personal data. Hosting and email are provided by third-party services that process data on our behalf.
You can turn off notification email in your account settings or with the link in any email we send. You can delete your account at any time.
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will be available, error-free, or secure, that content is accurate, or that any problem will be fixed. We do not guarantee that content will be kept forever.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Pebble Community and its volunteers will not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or anything posted on it, even if we were told such damages were possible. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
If your content or your use of the site causes a legal claim against Pebble Community or its volunteers, you agree to cover the resulting costs, including reasonable legal fees, to the extent the claim arises from your breach of these terms or your violation of someone else’s rights.
You may stop using the site or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you break these terms or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the site or its members. Sections 6, 11, and 15 through 21 survive termination.
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will post a notice on the site or email account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use your account after the effective date means you accept the new terms. The effective date at the top of this page always shows the current version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours to a successor who takes over running the site.
