How can I get a delayed Pebble deposit refund processed?

Although we love the thought of owning a Pebble, our plans have changed. We’ve been requesting a refund of our deposit for a number of months now (5).

I spoke with someone who assured us it wasn’t a problem and I’d be receiving the refund at once. That was 2 months ago.

Advice from anyone who has asked for and received a refund, as well as anyone else, would be appreciated.
