Supplier issue affects some TT-30 to NEMA 14-50 adapters

Pebble identified a supplier issue with some batches of TT-30 to NEMA 14-50 adapters. These adapters can have different internal pin connectivity; EV chargers require a specific pin-to-pin mapping, which is why EV-specific adapters differ from typical RV adapters.
