Screen door mounted with gaps at the bottom and sides

Has anyone had their screen door mounted too high? Mine leaves a big gap at the bottom. I've asked Pebble for a fix, possibly an extended screen-door panel, because moving the frame would require drilling new holes for the rivets. Other Pebbles I've checked hit the floor as they should.
My screen door was also mounted incorrectly, probably too low rather than too high. Some side snaps appear to have been placed incorrectly, resulting in large front and side gaps.
I'm confident Pebble will ultimately address it, but I also do not want additional holes drilled and the resolution is unclear.
