Loop and tie the shower hose so it doesn't scuff the seat while towing

The metal hose for my shower is nice and long, which I love, but it wiggles around while towing and started marking up the seat in the shower. See the pictures.

I was able to buff out the marks, but I was afraid over time it would damage the seat. I have these silicon wire ties that I used to hold a loop in the hose, taking up enough that it shouldn't rub when jiggling around on the road.
