Use plenty of water when flushing the macerating toilet

We have had similar issues with the toilet—I feel your pain! We too rewatched the RV movie scene to make ourselves feel better and laugh it off.

Sorry for TMI, but I would highly recommend traveling with various tools so you have them when you need them. The bowl needs a lot of water to help with moving things down, or it can require help when gravity doesn’t work. We have needed to flush a lot.

This is the biggest challenge in boondocking for an extended period of time, in my opinion—we waste too much water flushing excessively.
