Where is Scout? I do not see it in my account, and my trailer still shows as ready to be reserved even though I have taken delivery. Could that mean I am not considered an owner yet?
Once you log in to your account, the Scout link should be at the bottom of the screen. My Pebble still shows as ready to deliver despite taking possession months ago, so that may not be part of the issue.
My trailer still shows a form of “Pending,” even though I have had it since April. I made a shortcut on my computer and phone so Scout is easier to find.
I do not have that option under my account. A direct link says I do not have access, so I guess I need to reach out.
Try logging out of your account and then logging back in first.
