Do high-speed EVgo chargers work with a Pebble?

I had one fail, EVgo 350 kW. We tried two different handles, but it was also 100° out.

Okay, well if my Instacamp experiment fails, I get to try one tomorrow.

Rivian Adventure Network stations work as well for DC fast charging.

In my area, RANs are scarce to non-existent.

Same here. The closest is in Temecula, 45 minutes north.

I use them every time I head up the I-5.

Though not with the Pebble yet. The one time I charged it at a RAN was in Pismo Beach.

I am heading to Los Angeles from Northern California in two weeks. I might have to try a RAN again. I have some PTSD with RAN because I stopped at one right after they opened to other brands and didn't realize they didn't all open. I got stuck scrambling for a plan B.

Doesn't the Silverado tell you what chargers are compatible on the screen?

Well, it's Google Maps, and you still have to have your filters set correctly. I think I might have manually navigated to a RAN because I had watched a video about how they were opening to other brands. I didn't do my research correctly. I was fresh from our cross-country trip in 2024; no IONNAs showed up in the navigation yet, so we had to manually enter them. I thought it was the same for RAN. I guess I missed the part of the video where they said only select RANs would open at first.

Also, it may have improved now, but at first, going from Northern California to Boise, Google kept routing us to a very expensive, very slow Shell Recharge. It was like 48 kW. We had to force it to go 30 miles further to an EA.

Don't trust the BMS; double-check the navigation!
