Can InstaCamp keep a stored Pebble awake for solar charging?

Question

Anyone figure out how to keep the Pebble from going to sleep? I have mine in storage and it seems to sleep after an hour or two, even when the solar panels are at max charge. I'm trying to see if leaving it in InstaCamp mode overrides sleep; will know more later today.

Mine didn't sleep while camping with InstaCamp deployed. I don't think we were using any power except the fridge for most of the day. Let us know; I'm curious. I'd like to see a “Keep Fridge On” setting so there are no questions.

It has been annoying since San Diego has had loads of sunny days but the battery percentage didn't budge while the Pebble just sat there with everything off. I didn't put it in InstaCamp because I haven't gotten leveler pads and the concrete may mess them up.

Pebble told us no need for pads. I would think uneven ground would be harder on them than smooth concrete?

We bought pads but use them in dirt, gravel, or grass.
