Would this plug-in solar setup work with an R1T or Pebble?

Yeah, I thought about that after I posted.

Plug-in solar likely needs to see grid power before its microinverter turns on. I plan to charge a solar generator from folding panels, then use its 240V 30A external port to share extra power with the Pebble or tow vehicle.
