Freshwater tank refilled after Auto Dump on city water

We were at a campsite using Auto Dump. We were attached to city water, but had the Pebble set to use Tank. After completing Auto Dump, we noticed that our freshwater had been replenished.
Anyone ever have that happen?
I’m wondering if that’s something I need to add to my punch list?

That’s the design. When on city water and Tank is selected, the tank will fill. If that is not desired, switch to City (or turn off the faucet). The Pebble automatically switches to City while towing, so if you make a quick pit stop, remember to use the iPad to switch to Tank in order to flush the toilet. The function is not available on the iPhone.
