Is the TST 507 TPMS a good addition for a Pebble?
Sounds like one of these is a good idea then? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07FKTH136

IMO, yes. I have that exact model (TST 507) that I used on my old trailer that I transferred over to my Pebble. With only 2 tires vs. the 4 on my previous dual-axle trailer, I felt more comfortable having that as a potential early-warning system to detect problems (slow leak, overheating, etc.) before they became critical.
Re: adding TPMS to the Pebble in the future, I think it would have to be a hardware update in a future build. I don't think there's a built-in sensor in the wheel, in which case a software update alone wouldn't get the job done. I also agree that it's nice that the narrow body and outboard tire placement on the Pebble allows me to see the Pebble's tires in my mirrors whereas I could not in my old wider trailer.
I retained a similar TPMS from our Airstream. Towing the Pebble, I can actually see the tires in the standard rearview mirrors of my R1T. Narrower trailer, larger tires further outboard, which I like.
Hard to believe that Pebble doesn’t have a feature in the app to monitor tire pressure similar to what Tesla has.
