Add a second bracket to stop the fridge door decor panel from working loose

I had an issue with the panel attached to the fridge door coming off of the bracket and the bracket coming off of the panel. I added some washers to keep the bracket attached to the panel. But, the bracket kept coming off of the door. The panel flexes quite a bit because it's mounted several inches from the top of the panel and when opening the door, you're pulling on the top of the panel.
