Grind out a 1.25" hitch receiver tube to fit a lightweight Thule bike/cargo carrier

The 1.25" hitch receiver had issues with the size. The inside receiver had too much metal to fit a lightweight carrier from Thule. Spent the money for a small band grinder from Milwaukee Tools to grind out the inside of the tube and after some effort, it fits like a glove.
