Toilet may not work because of a kinked hose
3 months ago
Mine probably has a kink in it. It just doesn’t work. Pretty disappointing at this point in the delivery cycle and no fix yet. When my kids leave I’ll take it apart myself.

Thanks! Will definitely follow that direction.
The pipe under the toilet is made of a very flexible material, so it is easy to get a kink and difficult to view as the toilet is lowered to the floor to ensure a kink did not occur. Even in the tight quarters, ideally you need a spotter to keep an eye on the pipe and reposition it as needed while the toilet is lowered into place.
