Has anyone had their sewer hose spout leaks yet? I just used mine after it was in my pass-through tunnel for a week and got sprayed with the contents of my black water tank. There were at least three separate leaks that didn’t exist the last time I used it. My best guess is the heat melted some parts. Keep an eye out and don’t stand too close to the hose when starting the auto dump!
Yep. Started springing leaks slowly over a period of a week. We sent an email or message on July 4. Pebble called us immediately and sent us another one.
They mean 1 of 500, like you’re “one of 500 people,” not like “7 of 9.”

Has anyone considered and/or tried using a Bluetooth extender to extend the range over which the iPad/iPhone Pebble app will work?
The app disconnects when I bring the iPad into my house, and I was thinking that just a bit longer range could sustain the connection.
I'm pretty sure the iPad connects via a Wi-Fi signal that the Pebble puts out. I have no experience with iPhone—still waiting for an Android app.
Ah, so perhaps a Wi-Fi extender amplifying the Pebble Wi-Fi might be another option. Thank you!
Some people here have said they know what unit number they have from the production line. How did you find out that information? I just noticed this panel says 1 of 500 in my trailer, which I picked up at the end of May. I’m beginning to wonder if they gave me the floor model because mine had issues.
We asked at delivery. We were told a range of “about xxx.”
My Founders has the same 1 of 500 display. Someone told me that the last couple digits of the VIN indicate the number that your Pebble was manufactured. For example, if the last three digits of the VIN are 073, yours is the 73rd off the line. In the early days Pebble made the units in color batches, so not sure how accurate this is. This info has not been verified by Pebble.
I’m not sure that theory works; my VIN suffix doesn’t seem to correspond to a plausible production number.
Then either that would imply a much later build, trailers use a different numbering system than cars, or the information was wrong.
I’m pretty sure fewer than 200 had been built at that point. Maybe the suffix encodes color, month, and sequence. What color is yours, and what month did you take delivery?
One of the keys had painter’s tape with what looked like an internal build code, so I suspect it identifies the unit’s production sequence.
Pebble community — I’ve heard the feedback on support, and I want to acknowledge it directly.
Some of you have waited too long for a response, had to follow up more than once, or been left unsure about what was happening with your case. I know that’s frustrating, and I want to personally apologize for that.
We’re currently moving our support and phone systems onto new platforms while continuing to help customers day to day. That transition has created some delays, but we’re actively working through the backlog and improving how cases are assigned, tracked, and followed up on.
Some of you have also asked for a way to view and track your open cases, and that feature is possible. But visibility alone does not solve the root of the problem. Excellent support should not require you to constantly check a case or chase us for an update. Our job is to respond, solve the issue, and close the loop as quickly as possible.
That’s what we're working toward: better tools, clearer communication for you, and a support experience that resolves issues faster and with less effort on your part.
I’m also open to hearing your ideas. This community has helped shape Pebble from the beginning, and your feedback is everything to me!

We use the convection oven and air fryer a lot—both are great.
However, there is no exhaust fan for the microwave. Hot air dumps into the cabin. Might be okay in the winter, but not when you’re burning watts for air conditioning. Need exhaust for the microwave.
I asked what my production number was. They told me they couldn't tell me that and gave me a ballpark figure. Mine is not a Founders, but because I had all the major parts of a Founders, I think my build came out with the Founders. I think because they were building them all the same at first, if you ordered a Magic Pack without a major item, you may have had to wait longer. Not sure.
My VIN suffix doesn’t fit that decoding. I have Sky and took delivery in April.
We have Sand. Ours was ready for delivery in April, although we didn’t pick up until June. We were told it was roughly in the low hundreds and was built before the floor model.
Well that's confusing. I picked up in April, the week they told me it was ready. I was told my build was in the 80s. So one ready in April must have been made before ours, unless they didn't hold your April one and gave you a later build. Or mine was an early build that they didn't sell until April?
I got an update, with pictures, from Pebble on my repairs. Sounds like I might be able to pick it up soon. I miss having the trailer in the driveway.
