Supplied 30 amp adapter may fail with Pebble EVSE

Yes. I reported the same issue with the supplied 30 amp adapter. I happened to have an additional adapter I have used in the past to charge my Rivian which worked fine with the Pebble EVSE, but the one I got with the trailer did not work.
