Hazard Warning - Powered Stairs Being able to activate the stairs via the buttons beside the entry is convenient. Be aware, though, there is no safety sensor. If one is standing on the stairs and that button is hit, they will retract. This could topple a person, or even trap and crush a foot. I had left the stairs extended as the Pebble remained in our driveway this week.
