Drain the shower head completely before freezing weather

Upgraded to a High Sierra 1.25 gpm shower head: great quality and water pressure. Hopefully it saves more water too!
The original one busted when I drove the trailer through freezing temperatures. Make sure heat is turned on or lines are 100% drained if you winter travel!
Good choice. Cracked mine as well. Thought that I had drained the shower hose when I winterized, but obviously left a bit of water in the shower head to freeze. We recommissioned for a late-January trip, and then re-winterized upon return. Repeated when the water heater was replaced. Good practice. Sure is an easier process without a propane water heater.
