Some supplied TT-30 adapters do not charge the Pebble

I tried the 30A adapter for the first time. My outlet tester showed everything was fine, but the Pebble would not charge or even light up to show electricity was reaching it. Support is sending a new adapter and said they found an issue with the supplied adapter.
Double-check the adapter before setting up camp, so you do not have to move to a 50A site if one is available.
I need to check mine. You are the second owner to report a non-functional 30A adapter. Are there more that have not been checked?

I got my Pebble about a month ago and have used it for about three weeks straight. It sounds like this may be a recent issue, so I would not be surprised if your adapter also does not work.
