Refrigerator not cooling and unexpected power draw

My refrigerator light is off and it does not seem to be cooling anymore. Under Appliances it shows 8.50 kW port and 5.70 kW. I do not have the heat pump or any appliances running except the refrigerator.

Is this usual?

Assuming you already turned the fridge up from zero: are you running A/C and lights? That could account for the power draw.
